Information on the Buzzinga Platform is provided to help Customers understand Products, Services, customisation options, event offerings and related processes.

Information may change as Products, Services, technology, suppliers and operational processes evolve.

Product images, colours, dimensions, materials, finishes and other specifications are intended as reasonable representations.

Screen/display settings and manufacturing processes can cause reasonable differences between an image and a physical Product.

Reasonable variation does not by itself mean that a Product has a Manufacturing Defect.

Customers are responsible for reviewing names, spelling, photographs, text, logos, quantities and other information supplied for customisation.

Where a Design Preview is provided, Customers should carefully review it before approval.

Once an Approved Design is confirmed, production may proceed on that basis.

Buzzinga may use AI, 3D generation, image processing and related technology in some Products or Services.

Technology-generated output may contain reasonable differences, artefacts or variations from a reference.

Buzzinga does not guarantee absolute reproduction of a reference image or instruction.

Where Design approval is provided, the Customer should use that opportunity to review the output before production.

Unless expressly guaranteed in writing, delivery and production timelines are estimates.

Availability may depend on inventory, manufacturing capacity, third-party providers, logistics, venue requirements and other operational factors.

Buzzinga may need to reschedule or propose alternatives where fulfilment is affected.

Buzzinga may use independent logistics providers.

Courier estimates are not necessarily guaranteed delivery commitments.

Where a courier delays or cannot complete delivery, Buzzinga will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve the issue.

Customer-caused delivery failure may result in additional re-shipping/courier costs.

Manufacturing, logistics, payment processing, AI/3D, cloud technology and event services may involve independent third parties.

Buzzinga does not control the internal operations or independent decisions of those providers.

Use of a third party does not eliminate a responsibility Buzzinga has expressly undertaken under the applicable Order or Terms.

Event outcomes can depend on venue access, permissions, schedules, suppliers, participants, logistics, technical infrastructure and other factors.

Event scope, deliverables and timelines should be determined by the applicable proposal, quotation, agreement or Order.

Customer changes may affect feasibility, timelines and costs.

Customers are responsible for the legality, accuracy and rights associated with photographs, names, logos, artwork, text and other Customer Content they provide.

Buzzinga does not represent that Customer-supplied content is lawful or non-infringing merely because it is processed through the Platform.

Buzzinga makes reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Maintenance, upgrades, infrastructure failures, security events and other circumstances may affect availability.

Unless expressly identified as such, information on the Platform is not legal, tax, financial, medical, investment or other professional advice.

Customers should obtain appropriate professional advice where a decision requires specialist expertise.

Where the Platform references or connects to third-party websites or services, those third parties operate independently and may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Buzzinga does not automatically endorse or guarantee third-party content merely because it is referenced or integrated.

Buzzinga may be affected by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, major infrastructure failure, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government restrictions, epidemics/pandemics, major transport disruption and widespread technology failures.

Applicable refund/remedy provisions remain governed by the Terms & Conditions.

This Disclaimer should be read with the Terms & Conditions' liability provisions.

Nothing in this Disclaimer removes an expressly agreed Customer remedy or a right that cannot legally be excluded.

Where Buzzinga cannot fulfil a confirmed Order, the applicable refund provisions in the Terms & Conditions apply.

Qualifying Buzzinga Errors, Manufacturing Defects and Transit Damage are addressed under the applicable Order remedies.

Nothing in this Disclaimer is intended to exclude, restrict or waive any statutory right, remedy, liability or protection that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or waived.
